"일단 직원들이 너무 친절하고 눈길만 줘도 도와주려고 해요. 일본현지에 예약한 식당의 시간조정을 전화로 변경하는거 도워줘서 너무 감사합니다. 위치도 좋아서 시부야역, 주변 여행지, 쇼핑몰, 식당 등 주변 돌아볼 장소에 접근성이 좋아서 다니기 편합니다. 아침식사는 2층의 굿피자에서 브런치로 준비해줬는데 치즈랑 야채등 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 그 식당의 피자도 맛있어서 꼭 먹어봐야 합니다. 방은 충분히 넓고 현대적으로 깔끔하게 설계되어 있어서 여행자가 필요한 것과 동선이 잘 되어 있었고 어매니티 향기도 너무 좋아서 따로 구입해보고 싶을 정도입니다. 다음에 도쿄를 가면 다시 방문할 것입니다."
