Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"We love this hotel and it was the perfect way to bookend our trip. Our first few days in Japan we stayed here and loved the central location with ease to the train station. It’s very walkable with lots of food options. The 7-11 at the base of the hotel was our go-to breakfast stop every morning. The staff were always amazing and extremely helpful. We then stayed here again our last night on the Godzilla floor which was super fun! We had our larger luggage shipped to the hotel and it was already in our hotel room when we arrived which was amazing and the only hotel that did this for us during our stay in Japan. Would 100% stay here again and we will probably only book Hotel Gracery hotels with any possible future return trips to Japan. I wish I had booked us in one for all our stops!"

"The hotel was nice and clean. Conveniently located across from the Shinagawa station. The only negative was the room was a little too small considering the status level of the hotel."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

8/10 Good
"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."
