Great property centrally located

This is the one of the best stay!

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

Nice stay, very clean and very extraordinary

I just happened to stay on the 2nd day from their renewal opening. So, naturally it was very clean. I hope they would continue paying attention to the details to maintain this cleanliness. I spoke with Room Division Manager Mr. Hyodo. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful and friendly. My wife and myself rode bicycles to the hotel which is out of scope for the hotel but we received the perfect service. We didn't use their restaurant and we usually never dine at the hotels. Excellent

Clean room, excellent service

I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

1) staff was excellent, very helpful! 2) needed to use Yamato luggage service last minute so I went to Front Desk twice around 3am to make arrangements, and they were up, awake and easily made the arrangements! 3) room was clean, comfortable and the laundry room was Easily available on my floor. 4) I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I appreciated the free coffee and soda at the Ftont Desk. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

I stayed here for five nights and had a very nice time. The room was clean and the hotel had everything that I needed. The hotel is in a convenient location near Fuchu station. Two things you should know: (1) the rooms are small, but cozy (2) the hotel doesn't have many English signs outside so you might have to search for it
