"The staff was nice but the facility is old and moldy everywhere. We couldn’t find any other hotels that were available to we stayed but I don’t think I would stay there again because of how old and moldy it was. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel."

"This place was so quiet and super convenient to Sanrio Puroland and local shops. I believe it took us about 20 minutes driving in a car to get there. The staff was friendly and room was clean with a couch. It had a refrigerator and parking too!"

"Great location"

"It was good. Onsen service was nice."

"15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English. "
