「Good」

「Everything’s are so good!」

「I stayed during a trip from Japan. Due to the weak yen, the prices could have been quite high, but fortunately, I was able to book early, so I got a good rate. The hotel provided breakfast and coffee, so I had no complaints. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the free Wi-Fi speed wasn’t very fast. Other than that, it was an excellent hotel with no issues.」

「I had a terrible experience with lost belongings in this hotel. I handed two bags to staff for safekeeping after my stay in their storage room; they were never returned. After two and a half months of empty promises — saying they changed the keys for Lost&Found room, requests for receipts, a call that was never scheduled, a General Manager supposedly "alerted" — I still have no answers about my bags and no resolution. Be extremely cautious about leaving any belongings with this hotel!」
