気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
- Rooms and overall building in sore need of updating.
- Very disappointed in "hot breakfast". Powdered eggs in a layer of water. Sausage patties undercooked. No potatoes. Breakfast area extremely small and depressing (it is below street level.)
- 5 night stay but our room only serviced by housekeeping ONCE after our first night.
- GIft cards not allowed. Said they need card w/ my name on it. They had that on file when I made the reservation. Why can't a GC be used and then if any problems with it then charge my card instead? What does it matter how a guest pays as long as you receive your $ and have a guest's personal card as a backup?
- Ceilings/floors are frame (wood) construction. Guests above us paced back/forth for HOURS each night from 9pm - 1am. Heard every heal-to-toe footstep, making sleeping difficult.
- Guest next to us smoking, setting off fire detector several times.
- Emergency doors at end of hall banged every time they were opened/shut. Quieter door closers needed.
- Parking extremely limited at this location - there are many more rooms than parking spaces.
- Front desk staff are clearly not trained in guest services or hotel management. Normal people there for the work only.
Unenjoyable and will not stay at this location again. Next time will be worth paying a bit more per night for a better breakfast spread alone, if not also a nicer, more updated and more professionally-run hotel.
