"Spent 4 days and was a great experience! Beds were incredibly comfortable! Rooms were big for New York, clean, maintained rooms and very comfortable. Hotel is in excellent location for financial district, seaport area and about 10 minute walk to WTC memorial. Ease of access to all subway lines to go uptown from WTC area. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was a very relaxed visit for us. The front desk and the room service / housekeeping folks were extremely patient, helpful, and showed great humanity in meeting our personal needs. "The rooms have high ceilings that echo all the noises. The lighting in the room is really poor despite controls for fancy ambience settings. Our room was super cold, and the thermostat did not seem to work. There was a tower heater, so I guess someone before us had already complained... There is no coffee maker in the room, but they brought us one when we asked. The bathroom sink is fancy, but the spout is so close to the rim that it is challenging even to wash hands. We had breakfast in the Wall and Water restaurant, but it was quite average; terrible coffee. It's a buffet, but the tip is included by default! "

"I was there for 4 nights and the room was made only 1 time. I had to requests towels and coffee. I was also charged $20 per night extra so I could get a 3rd floor room. The room was small with 2 beds. I will not be staying there again."
