The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well run and managed, with plenty of seating. Altogether a great place to stay if you are sailing out of the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, which is a short 2.3 mile rideshare away.

Hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable! The manager made a point to greet us which made us feel welcomed. Comfort Inn is located in a quiet area, which was a 5 min walk to the train station, so very convenient for getting to and from different areas. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting New York!

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for every need we had. The breakfast was always great with many options for everyone. The Hotel was in a great location with a short 5 minute walk to subway right into NYC. The rooms are small but super clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff, we had our room cleaned, new sheets and towels every day, I haven't seen that type of service since 1985! Haha! Truly impressive. The breakfast offered many options and the food looked appetizing and the staff took care to make sure there was always enough of everything! I enjoyed my stay!
