「Clean property and well maintained. Staff was attentive but English was tough for some of the staff workers. Pool bar was slow and there is no drink service at the beach. Entertainment was great but the restaurants left you hungry still. Overall a great hotel which we will visit again. Pools were amazing and not crowded. 」

「The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. 」

「The buffets were great, rooms were large and clean. The resort was clean with plenty of activities to do for the whole family. The adults only section was amazing we will be back. Did not enjoy the pressure of signing up for a legendary package. Wasted 3hrs because we were told we had to sit there to receive our 200 per day credit 」

「従業員は皆一生懸命働き、お願いしたこと全て笑顔でやってくれます。部屋も綺麗に掃除してくれます。しかし、一階だったこともあり、朝起きるとどこからともなく虫が入ってきて、シャワーやトイレ付近にいます。シャワー室の排水口から下水の臭いがするのでエアコンはつけておかなくてはなりません。シャワー室からトイレに水が漏れ、2回直してもらいましたが最後まで漏れていました。何度も言うのは申し訳なく、タオルを敷いてしのいでいました。一階は、ビーチへのアクセスが良いですが、虫や排水口が気になる人は二階より上をお勧めします。」
