"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Adventuras Riviera Maya for a Christmas vacation. We were treated very well and, even better, we were considered “preferred quests” with access to special areas of the resort with some extra perks. From the time we arrived to our departure, the staff was courteous, helpful, professional, and overall delightful to interact with. The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurants were tastefully decorated with wonderful staff. The pools and hot tub were also well maintained. I recommend the hydro-therapy session in the spa and the Italian restaurant “Portofino.” I would highly recommend this resort in Maya Riviera the next time you visit Mexico. Special shout-out to our arrival agent Hernandez and our snorkeling trip advisor Victoria. In general, everyone is a pleasure to have met."

"Host never provided check in information. Did not communicate ever. Had to find another hotel last minute. VRBO was very difficult to deal with, their automated system was useless. Still have not received refund. Avoid avoid avoid"

"We loved our four weeks at Laurianne and Serge’s beautiful apartment. Highlights of our visit included enjoying the spacious ocean/pool view balcony, proximity to the beach/swimming/snorkelling and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had everything we needed. We had excellent communication with the owners and no problems with our arrival and departure. We shopped for groceries at the large Chedraui across the highway (short walk there and taxi home) and enjoyed the delicious fruits and veggies at the local market on Wed and Sat (near Pampa restaurant). Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance. Thanks again for such a great vacation and we would love to stay again. "

"Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!"
