"Really enjoyed my stay here at this property, wish I could have had more time to explore it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The areas were kept clean. The Xplor park was my favorite! However I wish it was communicated or advertised somewhere that Xoximilco and Xel Ha was a great distance from Xcaret Arte Having an hour plus trip there and back wasn’t in my schedule and took away time from enjoying the Xcaret Arte property as I had planned. I definitely will be taking another trip to Xcaret Arte! "

"Limited food at the resort and no frozen drinks but the neighborhood was very walkable for getting outside food and drinks. Staff was amazing and my husband and I because great friends with Jose at Tequilaria. He helped us practice our Spanish and also recommended some of his favorite local eateries.
