「As always, Knoll House Hotel was amazing. It made be a little tired around the edges in some places but was spotlessly clean with welcoming staff and great atmosphere. Unbeatable location, great breakfasts and comfy beds.」

「The staff were amazing. I had suffered a small but significant accident (MVA) in front of the hotel while getting out of a car. The staff were so helpful and kind to me and made every effort to help me out. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is well appointed with character and style. 「毎年7月末に家族で宿泊してます。 このホテルの目玉は目の前のビーチ！！！ 客層も家族連れとシニアが多く、とても落ち着いた雰囲気です。 また来年も宿泊したいです。」

「Not value for money」

「シャワー施設しかなかったのはしょうがないが、シャワーのブラインドもなく、水浸しになりそうで大変だった。 また、駐車場に行きにくいのでホテルから直接エレベーターで行けると便利。 良い点としては、朝食がメニュー豊富で美味しかったこと、施設が最新で新しく清潔なところ、部屋も繁華街の近くだが静かなところ。」

「OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.」
