「The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. 「This house was comfortable, furnished well and clean. Caution, There are alot of steep steps. There is a basement bedroom and family room...we stayed in September, while the rest of the house was comfortable, it was FREEZING down there. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe, however, it is not very close to the Metrolink station, so if you're going to want to use the Metro, you might have to scooter there. 」
