Hotel Washington
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely amazing, we had dinner at Vue rooftop. Manny, our server, was amazing and so personable. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean through and through. Marina maintained our room and she was so helpful, accommodating and great. Guest Servives is fast and accommodating as well. Every staff we encountered went above and beyond to provide an upscale experience."

"Wasn’t instructed on where to park so I parked in public parking and then when I checked in, I was informed about the parking situation…valet parking and come and go as much as you want."
The Beacon at Embassy Row, WorldHotels Distinctive
8/10 Good
"Overall, my stay was okay. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, were generally clean, and the AC worked well. However, there were several frustrating issues. The room key/fob repeatedly stopped working, and almost every time I left the room I had to stop at the front desk to have it reset. I was told this was due to an older system and that there was nothing they could really do about it. There was also no hot water one morning, so I ended up having to take a cold shower. The most concerning issue was that I left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door one day, but when I returned, there were signs that someone had entered the room despite the sign being up. That made me uncomfortable and should not have happened. The room itself was comfortable and clean overall, but the key issues, lack of hot water, and privacy concern significantly affected the stay."
