「Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.」

「Hosts are very friendly. Very responsive and quick to fix the hot water heater when it went out. The bed is very firm. If you like it firm then this is the bed for you. The shower has been updated with several different settings. It is located in an older neighborhood and close to public transportation.」

「A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

「This apartment was wonderful! In a prime and safe location just 10 minutes away from DC, and the local area in Alexandria was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Incredibly quiet and serene, parking was convenient, we had all of the supplies we needed from clothing irons to hangers and complimentary sanitary products! I have only positive things to say about this unit and would 10/10 recommend it to anyone looking to come to the area!」

「I had an absolutely great stay at this property. The unit is equipped with all the essentials you will need. The gym is well maintained for those who like to get a quick workout in. It's in a neighborhood that has a lot to offer*restaurants, whole foods, mall and metro*. Communication with the management was top tier. The commute to DC is very easy. I will definitely book again.
