Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.

This unit is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a wonderful smell and a warm, homey atmosphere. The owner was reliable, responsive, and always just a call or message away whenever we needed anything. The unit had everything we needed and more, which made our stay even better. There were even games for the kids, which was a thoughtful touch and kept them entertained.I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Just be mindful of the quiet hours after 9 p.m. Thanks again for having us, we had a great stay!

This house was perfect. We used uber to downtown Washington DC with no problem. My husband was amazed at the details for amenities. The Qtips, soft towels, great coffee, quality toilet paper, great bed/covers and the best was the tissue by the bed. We would definitely stay there again.

Linens and sharp knives are make or break for me - and both were totally a WIN! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. Loved the outlet accessibility l, the amenities provided in the office, and the fact that the creamers were in the fridge. Would definitely stay again.

This place was above expectations. It included everything I needed and more. It was quiet and very convenient. Parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, I was able to park right in front of the building every night for my week stay. Public transportation and convenient stores within walking distance. Will definitely book while in DC again.

Was in town for a show at the anthem and it was a short uber to the location. The Vrbo stay was lovely. The space is generous and the host was very attentive. Long story short I would consider staying here again as the space was sufficient. I would think about it twice only because check out is at 10AM which is incredibly early after a “night out.” I would recommend moving it to at least 11 AM. Other than wishing for a later check out, everything was great. Was really happy the fridge had ice.

Terrific accommodations and great host.

My wife and I came to Washington DC to visit with family for a weekend family reunion. We have stayed in many VRBOS’s over the years and this was without a doubt one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The apartment is immaculately, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. We highly recommended would come back and stay again.
