Host was wonderfully responsive, pictures are accurate, didn't say on the listing but kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils which was nice. Unfortunately the snacks weren't stocked like the picture haha and there was only one butter knife but hey better than nothing. WiFi was fast and there are two smart TVs. A nice quiet stay.Unfortunately the comments about the weed smell are very true, it actually woke me up the first night at 2AM it was so strong coming in the vents. If you don't mind it though, that's one thing... personally I was not a fan but did get kinda used to it I guess...It does sleep at least four, the only thing is you'll be on either the fold-down couch or on one of the two air mattresses. They had many extra comforter sets and sheet sets available, which was nice for the air mattresses and couch. I do think the place as a whole was not as clean as I'd hoped-- some of the dishes in the cabinets still had water between them or weren't completely clean, there's a lottt of scuffs and marks on the walls, floor wasn't the cleanest, carpet is dirty, baseboards peeling up by the kitchen, etc. Not anything like bugs or spiderwebs, but just could be cleaner. Overall, this place is cheap for D.C. and not a far drive from the convention center, which is great. Street parking right outside which is clutch. Felt pretty safe, someone did get arrested at the end of the street our first night though lol but that's the city for ya
