「We drove 10 hrs to take my father to an Orioles game to full fill his bucket list to find out after the game and checking into our condo someone was already in there staying because it was already booked out for the weekend. I had to call and talk to someone for over an hour to find out that they couldn’t help but tell me I should be getting a refund. They said I had to find my own stay somewhere else at 10:20pm. "スタッフは親切な対応です。電子レンジを使いたいと受付に言ったら部屋に持って来てくれて、宿泊中無料で使えました。シャワー・浴槽つきの広い部屋で満足です。比較的治安はよく、10分くらいでレストランに行けます。食料品のお店は近くには見つけられませんでした。交通の便が今一つでPenn駅までタクシーで15−28ドルくらいかかりました（ウーバーにすればもっと安いと言われました。） Expediaで支払った料金に加えて、施設・サービス使用料とかに別途毎日約30ドル請求されました。"
