I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can Thank you all

Besides a few details (there was no comforter in one of the rooms and oven dirty) everything was fine. They managed immediately the situation and was all the time ready to answer, the apartament was perfect for our family, comfortable and with good space. The area is really close to a metro station so really convenient. Thanks.

I loved this! I got it at a great rate and I was surprised to the quality of the apartment. The area is hip and lively at night! The finishes of the apartments was really nice and the unit had a direct view of the monument and capitol! Showers had waterfall shower head. The virtual team was great and helpful. The penthouse apartment was a cool fun spot and can’t wait to go back!

New Years Eve Staycation

We chose this location for a NYE staycation! We stayed in Unit 503 which over looks T. Street & Florida Ave..What A Beautiful View Of The City! Management was superb! Very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is extremely modern and includes a Keurig, cooking utensils and seasonings. The shower stall in the master bedroom is huge and the waterfall shower head is extremely relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, everyone was well rested. I highly recommend this location and will be booking another staycation with them again!
