「Arrived for check in & grabbed the keys without checking the room. Upon return (much later that evening/early morning hours) I entered the room to find it wasn’t what I booked. 「Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo.
