"The toilet seat was broken and the hotel needs to offer transportation when one will not be staying at the main property. At 10am my keys were already deactivated."

"The staff was excellent! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. However, the property itself is tired. The elevators were not all working and peak time was a very long wait. The room bathroom faucets were new; however, they leaked and caused a mess every time the faucet was turned on. The shower door didn't close all the way."

"The woman at checkin was barely audible and refused to speak louder. The balcony door wouldn't open and it took 2 asks and 2 days for someone to come fix it. After using the toilet on Day 2, I discovered there was no water so I could not flush or wash my hands. It seems like I was the first person to flag this. I asked for someone to come check the tap and the toilet. No one did. When I returned a few hours later, the 'solids' had settled and the toilet wasn't flushing them away. I called to get help and was told there was no plumber available but they had a plunger at the front desk if I wanted to come and get it myself. Needless to say, I will actively discouraging people from staying here."
