"Elevators didn't work and we were put on the 4th floor. The hotel looked empty and we got in late so that was pretty frustrating that they did that. Balcony view was nice but hotel room needed maintenance. Overall an ok stay though"

"The main reason why I rated it 3 star was because the rooms had absolutely no protection from noise … the room next door had people who chose to stay up all night playing music and talk … it wasn’t loud but it was very disturbing and we didn’t sleep well Also the property pools were actually too hot for swimming and the bathrooms do t have showers which is not convenient since the amenities are accross the street"

"72 Park saved our holiday experience!! After checking in at another property with our family we immediately knew something was wrong. I quickly started seeking out other options for us while visiting Miami and booked this property same day (lucky!) thank goodness. The staff were absolutely lovely, smiling and accommodating. The location was excellent, just a few minute walk to the beach and amenities. The pool area was beautiful, the (adult) kids loved the gym as well. Our unit was equipped, clean, bright and the balcony was perfect with big open ocean views and seating. The Italian and Mexican restaurant just 150 metres from this location were exceptional and we enjoyed our last meal there!! Overall 10/10 and it put a smile on everyone's face all week being in this accommodation. 72 Park, you made the trip for us something we didn't expect and more. Thank you "
