"This was a very unpleasant stay from the very beginning. I didn’t receive the room I reserved and the room I received was dirty and small. There was bird feces all over the balcony. The valet retrieval messaging service displayed on ticket does not work, the front desk later tells us that it doesn't work and it took another 20 minutes to retrieve our car and we were late for our dinner reservations. The bathroom body wash bottle was nearly empty and never replenished. The bathroom pocket door has a wooden hole to open from the inside and was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the manager Radmila Mitovic is has no empathy and lacks basic customer service. One of our worst experiences."

"Felt very safe here, friendly staff. The room is very outdated and has a mildew/old/damp smell. The space in the rooms can be maximized exponentially with different arrangements and cutting the divider wall between the bathroom and kitchen. Definitely had space for a dresser. No real complaints, though, we were satisfied with our stay. The neighbors were so comfortable and minded their own business, as did we. "

"This place definitely needs a makeover. Things are a bit old, they are in some instances falling apart such as closet doors. Our first night, we were given a first floor place, and in the rear of the door, in the back of the apartment it was a homeless person who settle there at midnight. I had to call the police. The front desk which was located about a block away, never answer my calls. Perhaps the homeless person was not their fault, but I still felt a bit disappointed for the lack of communication when I was trying to reach the front desk via the phone."

"Loved our stay. Our room was clean and renovated. Beach is lovely. A couple things need improvement. Elevators were slow at times. And most days I had to call for our room to be cleaned after spending the day on the beach you would think it would have been done by the time we got back. But overall we loved it and will come back again soon! "

"oven did not work. There were no paper towels or anything to clean with. There was dirt and dust everywhere all over the floor and no broom site front desk was not very patient very passive aggressive ground was uneven and overall structure was poor. Cracks in the walls covered up with paint. Black mold in the cabinets in the kitchen. Hair and dirt stuck to the ground when we first arrived. Very poor customer service they never answered the phone. The TVs don’t work and one of the lights flickers when you walk. The room is completely different in person than online and is not at the correct address you have to walk six blocks to your actual hotel. Overall un cleanly and add customer service not recommend"
