"The shuttle that was offered was great! The shuttle is free and would provide transportation to anywhere in the city. This was very useful for use because we were not flying out till the next day. The shuttle took us to restaurants and shopping by request."

"This hotel has much fluff and no substance. There was no place to park to unload luggage and despite being told there was parking, for a fee, upon check-in, I was told that I may have to find my own parking lot because it had been a very busy day at the beach. The shape of the second floor hallway made it very challenging to navigate the luggage dolly. Our bathroom sink kept backing up and it was impossible to set the shower’s water temperature without actually getting into the shower and either getting scalded or hypothermia. On a brighter note, there was a 72 inch tv in the tiny room!"

"First we attempted check in early and automated number had a terrible AI when you call say you could not. I was able to via hosteeva website but a request was sent and nothing happened. We stopped to use the restroom before going to Hollywood beach and the front desk rep was not helpfully or polite to my fiancée. Once we came back to check in the front desk rep made it seem like it was an inconvenience to help us get our code and check in. Once getting to our hotel and room the building was dirty and not the same as the pictures. The floor boards were filthy. The balcony that you charged extra for was dirty and not up kept and there was debris all over the sliding glass and our door area. "
