「Property has a lot of wear but there was a good attempt to make it clean. Several things were missing or broken. The living area had one large window with no blinds. Property is convenient but check in is confusing. Mattresses are terrible.」

「Pool, tiki bar, and beach staff were excellent Had great food and drinks Only issue was carpet was filthy in room and we ended up vacuuming it ourselves Asking for hand towels and wash clothes was never rectified after asking 4 times. Otherwise the views are amazing and we will chalk up the cleaning service as a fluke 」

「Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel.
