Nice place for a short getaway

We stayed 4 nights/3days and really enjoyed our time. Location is great for restaurants, walks, and the beach. All service was very nice and with a smile. The apartment was as advertised, also on 25th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. There is construction next door for another two high-rise condos (from an inquiry all pre-sold). There is some noise, but was not a major impact.

Florida get away

My husband and I were looking to get away for New Year’s Eve. Easy to book and communicate. Location was good. Close to beach and restaurants. All walking distance. Overall this place worked for us. Carpet needs to be cleaned but other than that the condo was clean. Could have used a kitchens towels or paper. We made due with what we had.

Pros: Clean resort, Excellent valet, Nice beach service, LocationCons: Very poor communication from host (never responded to any of my questions after reserving) Was told the daily valet rate would be adjusted because of the extended stay and it wasn't) Pool area very small, Construction noise (not resorts fault) High rise building blocks the afternoon sun from beach and pool

We've stayed here a few times, always try to book with Franklin. Very helpful during a very busy weekend (MDW) . Beautiful views and comfy room.

Fantastic Getaway!

We had a marvelous time at Marenas! Franklin is a superior host, and the suite was magnificent! We hope to garner that same apartment when we return next year. Thank you, Franklin, you are the best!

This hotel needs to have full remodeling.During our entire stay nobody came to clean our room. We had to ask to change towels at front desk. This was our last visit. We will definitely look for another hotel next time.

Great location , friendly and helpful staff. The pool was under construction. The owner wasn’t easy to communicate with. Also, didn’t send us any information before our arrival.

We enjoyed the property. It's as advertised & the $30 resort fee is a steal for the area. I really enjoyed the beach access with towels and chairs! We also enjoyed the washer and dryer. Only 2 things I would fix-the shower train and the coffee maker....coffee was great but the maker itself is hard to use! Thank you

Beautiful condo, few cooking supplies

This is a lovely property, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, as other reviewers have pointed out. The pictures of this listing aren't all that accurate, though, and I thought a review might help out future travelers. 1. No keurig or coffeepot, just a one cup hotel style coffee maker with individual cup packaged baskets. Housekeeping did restock this every day, so not a big deal, but it's good to know! No pitcher to make iced tea, etc. 2. There were so few pans for cooking. A 1qt sauce pan and a 3 or 4 qt pot. NO frying pans. There was a 9x13 glass casserole, too, I think. Also a decent colander and a cutting board. Ok knives, cutlery and regular dishes and glasses. 3. As I said, housekeeping did come each day (no extra charge added for this!) and brought fresh towels, etc, but I never saw a kitchen towel or dishcloth the whole time. Would take my own next time. 4. Finally, 3 great things. First, there is a washer & dryer! Also, even tho it's a 1 br with a king bed, there are TWO full baths. No idea why the listing isn't clear about these great conveniences. Lastly, there is no hotel next to this building, so there is a great ocean view, even tho the balcony is on the side of the building. The balcony wraps around, so you also get a great view of the bay, and the lights and water are pretty, especially at night. All in all, even tho the kitchen stuff frustrated me, it was a decent place to stay.

Loved it!

The property came as advertised. We were right on the beach in a very comfortable one-bedroom condo. The food on site was excellent and there are a number of other choices a short walk away. I think I slept better in your bed than mine at home! The staff was very accommodating. We were there in early April and it was mid 70's-low 80's and breezey. We took an Uber to and from Ft Lauderdale for about $45 each way. Had an excellent steak at Baires Grill. The Granier Bakery was a real treat! I'd do it again.
