「I liked being on the 26th floor. the view was great. I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby to get approval from the owners then I waited another hour because they forgot to indicate the room number. The desk clerks tried to help me find the room number. I missed dinner with my son as a result! The shower fan was so noisy that people in the hallway heard it. It was sooo irritating There was no kleenex in the room to wipe my face. Never again!!!!」

「This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building. The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other...

「When we checked in, the floors and bathroom were not very clean. I also booked this place over another because the listing said it had a hot tub. We couldn't find it so I messaged the host asking where it was. They never responded. I asked the front desk and was told there was no hot tub. One of my children was very disappointed because it was the one thing they asked for in the placed we stayed. We had 5 people for 3 nights and there weren't enough towels. No paper towels or ways to clean...

「I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. The apartment had a very strong chemical smell that even stayed on my clothes after leaving. The hallway also smelled unpleasant. The biggest issue was the constant loud noise from the air-conditioning system, which made it hard to sleep. There were also many flies in the apartment. When I addressed these concerns to the owner, my message was ignored. Just something to keep in mind before booking.」
