「This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Miami downtown Rico area the location is great. The listing is exactly as it looks even better actually and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It is prime location and overall just a top-notch place to stay for your Miami vacation. I would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Miami to stay here. Thank you so much to the staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible.」

「This was a full one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. All the basics such as pans and dishes were provided enabling easy use of the kitchen. The entire apartment was spotless and there were two large closets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room where there is a fold out bed. Four could easily sleep in this apartment. Excellent location with easy access to downtown. You get a parking spot that has the same number as your apartment.」

「Although the parking price per night was a bit high, there was always great parking spot in the lot. Everything else was great with the stay.」

「Logement très bien situé dans Miami Beach. Chambre fonctionnelle, très grande et propre dans l'ensemble. Un réfrigérateur et une machine à café sont disponibles mais pas de coin cuisine. La salle de bain est grande également par contre l'évier est petit, les joints de la baignoire sont à reprendre et le pommeau de douche, plein de calcaire, devrait être nettoyé ou remplacé. Le logement est calme dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a pas de store ou de rideau occultant et on entend quand même assez bien...
