Poor breakfast options, simple butter wasn't available. The hotel doesn't have a lift so taking big luggage upstairs is an exercise.

Julio the shuttle driver was so kind. He made a special trip to come for me at the airport. Then he returned me to the airport right on time. Staff was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value. Property is older but well kept. I didn't wake up in time to eat breakfast but it was available.

Precio que se pagó no va a acorde con la calidad de servicio recibido. Habitación bien pero aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido cambiado de modo pasivo a activo con frecuencia. No dejaba dormir bien. Sugiero a futuro cambiar a aire central o split. Desayuno pobre, café y waffles. Nada de proteína. Para el arreglo del cuatro, olvidaron ponernos toallas nuevas. Tuve que bajar al lobby a solicitarlas. Al retirarnos, pedimos uso del shuttle al aeropuerto y ni el chofer ni el hotel tuvieron la decencia de avisarnos que había llegado. Nos dimos cuenta porque otro chofer nos avisó que estaba afuera. El hotel llamó al chofer del shuttle y no quiso regresar a recogernos y acababa de irse. Muy lamentable. Dejó mucho sin sabor nuestra estadía. No volveríamos a considerarlos. Muy costoso para una atención irregular.

After a long day of traveling, I was very tired and had to book at the last minute. I’m grateful they were able to accommodate me. A few things I didn’t appreciate, from the point of view from a very tired traveler: 1) The shuttle took 45+ min to get to the airport. Come to find out, it runs once an hour. Not very convenient. 2) At check in, all was smooth thankfully. What I didn’t expect was there being no elevator. I don’t think this was listed anywhere in the property details. I had 2 heavy bags and was exhausted after having to drag them up the stairs. 3) Now, finally I get to my room. It was a lot smaller than I expected, but that’s ok because it was just me. I went into the bathroom, and found hair all over the floor, on the toilet paper, in the shower, and around the sink. That didn’t make me feel good or comfortable at all! I couldn’t request a new room as they were “fully booked” that night. So I sucked it up. I stayed in my room majority of the night. In the morning, I had the included breakfast - toast, bagels, hot dogs (I guess meant to be sausages?) chicken nuggets, waffles, apples and bananas. I wasn’t very satisfied overall. I had lots of bananas to eat. I did come down and spend time in the outdoor atrium. That was pretty cozy thankfully. Also, the guy at the front desk in the morning was VERY helpful and I really appreciated that. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again but I am grateful for the last minute accommodation.

The breakfast was of noticeably poor quality, and the kitchen area did not appear to be well maintained. The absence of elevators required me to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs, which felt unsafe and posed a risk of injury. Furthermore, the room’s cleanliness was below standard, as both the bedding and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned.

Demasiado ruido durante la noche: por un lado tenía la máquina dispensadora de hielo al lado y fue utilizada a lo largo de toda la noche. Por otro lado la habitación vecina fueron muy ruidosos con música y gritos hasta horas de la madrugada. Realmente no logré descansar. El personal del hotel es muy amable pero no regresaría por lo difícil que es conciliar el sueño con tanto ruido.

It started with the shuttle, I waited 2 hours for it to come get me at the airport. The was clean, however the AC unit was so loud, I could not hear the TV nor get to sleep. At 11 pm I ended up plugging it out but then the room got hot after a while. In addition the fridge did not work and there was no cord connecting the telephone. So, the telephone and the refrigerator did not work, I used my cell phone to call the front desk to report them, they said that they were sending some. When I checked out the next morning that did not reach yet.

We had to wait almost 1 hour at the airport for the shuttle. Breakfast had almost nothing. I asked the staff for butter and jam, they said that they ran out for those and they don’t know when they will have it. Many guests weren’t happy about breakfast. Bathroom was extremely tiny and outdated. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures as proof but all I mentioned is true. It was definitely NOT worth the money at all.

This was a terrible hotel, I’m not sure how they got rated so high without Expedia checking the reviews. I was so over come by the smell of the hotel that my eyes were running, swelling up and my throat was closing up, the hotel van was so dirty words could not describe the filth, the seats were absolutely disgusting, we waited for an hour and the vehicle had a check engine light. Thy shouldn't be allowed to charge more than $50.00 per night for this place it’s a real dump. I was totally embarrassed that I booked this place for my friends. We were traveling with a minor and I would have been very upset if someone would have picked a place like this for my child. The receptionist was vey nice I felt bad for her there were other people checking out as well. I contacted Expedia who said they would help if my money was not fully refunded. I had to immediately book another last minute hotel we stayed at the Even hotel which cost more becomes it was last minute. I think the Expedia should not only make sure our money was refunded but should also compensate the difference of the hotel that we had to book or at least issue a curtesy credit for a future travel
