"The bathroom fan did not work, I reported it the first day, however it was not fixed by the time we left. I was also surprised at the valet only parking. The rooms were very clean, and I felt safe being at the hotel. I would recommend staying there, even with the mandatory valet parking."

"The hotel was undergoing renovations which are supposed to end in June 2026. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the lagoon. I only stayed there one night, so I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool, but it looked very nice. The buffet breakfast was good although you do need to pay for it (it is not automatically included in the reservation). I would definitely use this hotel again when I stay in miami. I used the hotel as my rest stop before cruise trip. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle from the airport to the hotel (you must go to the hotel shuttle pickup and flag down the free shuttle). I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. If you are planning on going to the port of miami for a cruise, you can book the shuttle w/ the hotel's concierge for $17/person. They also provide transport from the port to the hotel or directly to the airport after your cruise for $17/person."

"Room was just okay. Had some maintenance issues. Our toilet was constantly running and handle would get stuck and not flush sometimes. Tub spout was not working properly (leaking). Lights flickered here and there. Overall lighting was very dark. Only good lighting for getting ready was in the bathroom."
