Hotel was low key but huge room with cool industrial loft type vibe. Clean-Bed comfy. Very enjoyable stay. Highly suggest Mayamero -Argentinian street food within walking distance- excellent

I truly love this beautiful place! Ben was excellent from check-in to checkout he made sure my stay was top tier. I loved the city view, my room was very very clean & smelled so refreshing even the housekeepers were so nice with great customer service. This is my top recommendation of places to stay when you’re in the area you would not be disappointed! Worth more than five stars!!! I will be booking again soon! As soon as I landed the front desk checked in with me to make sure I made it safely to the hotel. I was pleasantly impressed with location , inside of suite space was fairly large. This location sits perfectly between Fort Lauderdale airport and Miami airport. I can’t wait to go back!

The hotel was brand new and beautiful. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Florida. If you’re planning on visiting. Book Milan Aventura Hotel!!! The staff & the owner has the best hospitality you probably will ever come across in Florida. Very genuine people at the Milan. This is the only hotel I’d ever book there… 10 stars!!!

The property is new, very modern, very clean, very safe. The electrical appliances are amazing and the unit is designed to have usage of every single space available. The area around has plenty of restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This property was amazing!This building is brand new! Easy and painless check-in. The customer service was amazing!! The building is very secure. The suit that I stayed in was spacious, and had a full kitchen with everything I needed to make breakfast. The the free parking was icing on the cake ( if you know anything about miami parking is always a struggle). This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I come to Miami.

Our room was huge and very nicely furnished. It comprised a queen bed, a loveseat, a kitchen area, a lovely bathroom, a dining area and a seating area. Our room had a large plate glass window across the whole width of the room with drapes that were electronically operated.The drapes were very effective blocking the ambient light at night. We were given a small fob when we checked in. It controlled accessing the building, operating the elevator, opening our room door and turning lights on and off. We felt very secure there. We travelled from Orlando to Aventura by Brighline. The hotel is a 5 minute or so Uber ride from the station. There’s a lovely bakery around the corner from the hotel, owned and run by a lovely husband and wife team. The food is yummy! We ate breakfast there every morning. Rather than stay in downtown Miami, I would prefer to stay at the Milan Aventura Hotel and take the 20 minute ride into Miami by Brightline. Ben who worked the front desk was very helpful. I cannot sing the praises of the hotel enough.

Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on two different times in November 2025, the hotel manager is great, friendly and solves any doubt or problem you have 24/7. Stayed in two different rooms and they were exactly the same, same equipment and all. Everything worked fine and felt just like home, truly. Is close to everything you need. Will be staying here on my next vacation.
