Beautiful hotel Rooms are old and not the cleanest but if u book a suite, u will get a full kitchen, washer dryer , and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms So in case of emergencies or extended stays, its great! Perfect spot on Collins, 2 pharmacies, restaurants, and nearby walmart target marshals . On the line of all classy hotels. Great hotel . Free cookies every morning from the lobby!

The room is old and can use upgrading, and it felt muggy. Everything was brown, down to the bad carpeting. The staff was fine. The fee of $28 dollars a day for an umbrella on the beach was outrageous.

Everything was clean, the hot tub and beach was nice, but the service was passive aggressive. They charge me so much for no reason here and there. However, the free cookies were very delicious and addictive.

It is in a good location and beautiful area. But the hotel itself needs an upgrade. At the time of are stay there was construction going on replacing some patio work that was annoying noise. We moved rooms and still heard the noise started at 10 AM in the morning. Upon up request the hotel did compensate us with free breakfast. Might not visit this hotel again.

The room I stayed in was old. The beds were old too and not comfortable at all. Bathroom was big but old as well and every time we would shower it would make this crazy loud sound. It’s wasn’t pleasant at all. Kitchenette was small and old and fridge wasn’t plugged I had to move it my self to plug it in. I’ve asked the front desk to switch rooms but they wouldn’t let me. The description clearly stated that the hotel was under renovation until January 1st 2026 and I was there from the 11th to the 15th. The lobby is very pretty though beach access too.

Very nice hotel!

This place is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect especially being close to Haulover Inlet. The views of the ocean were great.
