Due to an unforeseen rather large maintenance issue, our building and view were not available and while communication could have been better, we had a great room with no view that met my expectations. We also received a reduced rate. I can't say enough about the manager Julian and also, Alan, the beach attendant. He is a keeper. The house keeping staff was also very friendly.

The property and room were very clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly warm or accommodating, which impacted the overall experience. I would not recommend staying here for Shabbos, as the doors are electric (muktza), but it is a suitable option during the week. A more welcoming atmosphere from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

They are the worst hotel ever. We were locked out of our room for more than 3 hours and we called the hotel’s emergency number but no one answered. The following morning the worker here came barging at our door and didn’t even say good morning. She made us leave our room immediately and we want a refund. 1 STAR

Check in and parking was easy, room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice. We spent a day at inlet park watching the beautiful boats. Walked to dinner (about a mile) each evening, the area is very clean and safe. Couple items to note, I thought we had a balcony, but we did not, also this time of year the beach has a lot of seaweed. Overall very nice place.

The condo hotel was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, washer, dryer, two large tvs. It is a short Uber ride to CVS, Bal Harbour Mall, Pizza and other restaurants. Walkable, but it is a distance especially in Florida heat. Beach access is beside tge Ritz Carlton Residence, across the street. Free towels, umbrellas and beach chairs.

Awesome for neighborhood and price.

What a clean place. Had the king bed with kitchenette. Nice pool and veiw of the inlet. Hotel is in Bal Harbor which is always police patroled.

Our room at Beach Haus Bal Harbour was excellent. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony and views were great. Check in was simple and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend.

The Beach Haus is a hidden gem! The room was perfect for two of us with lots of space. We had the pool all to ourselves. Parking was convenient and it was a five minute walk to the beach (with daily chair service!) The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable in an excellent location

This was a great choice for our family escapade with two young adult kids. Beach Haus gave us just the right combination of togetherness and space in a beautiful location. The nearby beach is gorgeous. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The staff is helpful and unobtrusive. Made me want to come back and check out the other locations. I was a little worried about noise from the freeway, but the windows are top notch and our apartment was very silent.

Didn’t like it that I only got 2 espressos for 3 nights. But the receptionist gave me 2 more on Sunday... Beautiful place. Will be back.

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. It was not clearly stated during booking that there is no reception or on-site staff, and we received no instructions in advance on how to self-check-in. This caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival. The worst part of our stay happened at check-out. Due to an unexpected issue with lost car keys, we were slightly delayed in leaving. Instead of understanding the situation, a man claiming to be the owner aggressively banged on the door and demanded that we leave immediately. His behavior was threatening and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. A more professional and hospitable approach would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this place.
