The first room we entered the AC/Heating unit was too loud to have a conversation in the same room. The carpet had not been cleaned in years. Walking across it from the shower turned your feet black and felt "greasy". Property was in disrepair outside as well. Exposed wiring and broken lights in the parking lot. No hand or face towels. Windows AC units "taped" into the room/outside opening. Several tears in the curtains. Small ants found nearly everywhere but the bed. No comforter, only a white sheet. We felt like we needed fresh showers somewhere else after staying there. Will not return.

Pictures look nothing like the hotel, hotel room in disrepair, one towel only for two people, no blankets, comforter, or adequate pillows on bed, had to request, sheets had holes in them, and feet turned black walking from bed to bathroom and back. Made the desk aware of dirty floors when check out. Hooks and racks in bathroom missing, no switch plate on light switch leaving wires exposed (hazard). Will not return and do not recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The room was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. There was a strong unpleasant odor, the bathroom was unclean, no comforter was provided, and there were used undergarments left on the floor. After an already long and exhausting travel day, walking into a room in that state was very distressing. We immediately requested a room change, but no alternative accommodation was provided. As a result, we were forced to leave the property around 3:00 AM and book another hotel at additional expense, including transportation costs. We did not stay in the room at all because it was not sanitary or suitable for occupancy. Despite this, we were charged and later informed that a refund would not be issued. I also reached out directly regarding the resort fee, but the owner never followed up. I have booked multiple stays through Expedia and have never experienced anything like this. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider this property.

Worst experience this hotel staff of day shift is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat guests at all. Check in at 4PM which is again delayed check in time more over the hotel rooms are so bad and dirty that this hotel looks more of older than 1800s the carpets are so dirty and have so many stains as if they all are rotten and infested. No microwave in the room but advertisement says it all. No coffee kettle etc. service is pathetic broken shower. No iron boards. Such hotels should be close instead of operating like this. If it allowed me to give negative star rating I would have given them -5 for the hotels condition and rude staff of day shift.

The entire property felt extremely unsafe and poorly maintained. I was genuinely concerned for my children during our stay. The floors in the room were so dirty that we did not feel comfortable taking our shoes off. There was also a very strong unpleasant odor in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. The elevator felt unstable and unsafe, which added to our discomfort. In addition, the noise level around the property was overwhelming. Cars and motorcycles were doing burnouts late into the night, making it nearly impossible to rest. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

This by far was the worse hotel known to man. Its disgusting, nasty, molded and smells aweful. I refused to stay there and they wouldn't give a refund for the property.The pictures are fraud and the hotl doesn't look like whats advertised. There were bombs hanging out, stray dogs, and abandoned cars. The bed was on the floor and they tried to charge me extra for a fridge and microwave that was also adertised for the room. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Took 3 attempts to get a room key to work. Up and down from the top floor with one working elevator took a really long time. In addition, the building was old, dirty, had many leaks, and was extremely loud. The AC worked well.

This dump should be condemned. Everything was broken. Smelled disgusting in the hall and room. Sink faucet knob came off in my hand. No blankets on the bed. This property was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, there were multiple damaged areas in both the room and the bathroom, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained. The bathroom in particular had visible issues that clearly hadn’t been addressed before my stay. The elevator felt unsafe and sketchy, and the outside areas were just as concerning. Parking was uncomfortable and did not feel secure for leaving a vehicle overnight. To make matters worse, I am now having to dispute the security deposit with my bank due to unfair charges, which has added unnecessary stress after an already bad experience. Overall, this property did not meet basic standards for safety, cleanliness, or honesty. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

Dirty carpets, smelly hallways, 1 towel per room, extremely run down establishment. Will never go back.

this hotel isnt the same as advertised,its a Homeless Shelter with a price. The room smelled like mold,cigarettes and alcohol. Its a slum, i wont stay there even it was free or the last place. Not even the vending machine works,there is no water fountains so you have to use the machine and it tskes your money,mi d you there is no out or order sign. Graffiti on the doors ,one towel per room,no bathroom mat, the bed is hard,the night staff was rude..That place needs to be demolished
