This hotel looked like it would be ok from the outside but once making it up the elevator onto my floor I was in fear of my life just by how the doors by to all the rooms were carved all over it looked as if I was in a abandoned building got into the room just to only have two small pillows no blanket just a like scarf at the end of the bed and the bed was so broke down I ended just going down to my car and sleeping worst hotel stay over of it wasn’t for the fact of me wanting to see Miami for another day I would of never even got and wishing I didn’t now because I still slept in my car just a waste

It's the most terrible experience for me ever! Hardware conditions, amenities, services... everything was terrible! No blankets, no cups for brushing(even most common disposable ones), no room phone (you had to talk with front desk in person).... Almost nothing! Things on site were in bad/wrong conditions, lamps, toilet, bath tub...Most terrible thing was that they charged so-called Safety Deposit $100, which never be mentioned on booking requirements, especially the Deposit has not been returned to me yet by now(nearly10 days since check-out), and no response to my asking for.

Our flight got canceled and we need some place to stay for the night. This was the cheapest and closest option that was available. The pictures in the website our completely different than what we saw when we got there. It looked dirty. The elevator barely worked so we had to use the stairs. The stairway lowkey sketchy. The room was not swept or wiped down. Crumbs everywhere. We moved the little dresser between the beds and it was so much debris behind it. My friend took a shower and the shower floor was sticky. Everything had rust on it; The shelves in the bathroom, toilet paper holder, floor, walls etc. The beds seemed to be clean but we did not sleep under the sheets. The window was said to be locked but it wasn’t. It was a small crack in the window where we couldn’t close the window fully. We were close to the ground floor so we felt unsafe sleeping. Someone literally could have gotten in our room. You can absolutely hear everything through the walls. EVERYTHING. I would write more but I just wouldn’t stay here again.

The Ac was good and the parking also but the appearance was suck everything in the room was broken, no fridge , no phone in the room, the room door needs to repair everything in this hotel needs repair, even a Motel is way better than what so call this hotel the worst part is theirs was a roach in the room , worst experience ever I will not recommend it neither going back.

Worst Hotel I've ever been to in all my life. NOTHING WORKS. Filthy smell, dirty sheets, walls, rust in ever corner of the room, sliding door doesn't lock in the room, could not even sleep because of the noise, grafiti all over the place, even on the elevator doors. None of the vending machines work. The carpets are filthy and dirty. I feel ripped off for the price I paid for a night there...Check-In process takes ages. I did not receive my $100 deposit on checkout as promised. Now have to call my bank. But what is the deposit even for? This place is literally not in living conditions. Wish I could upload the photos. They should actually be giving people a deposit to stay there. Worst hotel ever. Giving them 1 Star is a compliment actually. You need a -10 Star rating for them.

the worst hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at. i left a day early and left at 10 pm to drive 5 hours home... dirty , no blanket in the room, you have to ask at the front desk.... just horrible

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. What I experienced was far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness, maintenance, or basic hospitality. The elevator doors are completely vandalized and scratched, creating a terrible first impression. The hallways look neglected and poorly maintained. Inside the room, the situation gets even worse. The bathroom is in very poor condition — visible mold, dirt buildup, damaged walls, and clear signs of lack of proper cleaning. The bathtub fixtures are old, rusty, and unsanitary. The flooring and corners are visibly dirty and stained. The closet area is unacceptable, with rusted rods, poor lighting, and an overall feeling of neglect. There are also signs of water damage on the ceiling, which raises serious concerns about maintenance and safety. To make matters worse, the bed linens were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and this was not met. Overall, the room feels unhygienic, neglected, and honestly macabre. This is not just about aesthetics — it is about basic cleanliness and health standards, which are clearly not being met. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Immediate renovation and proper maintenance are urgently needed.

Yes, it’s affordable, but I was not comfortable. They were cracks in the wall. I didn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet. I felt itchy when I laid on the bed even my eight year-old was uncomfortable.

Poop and blood stains in bath tub. One single, dirty towel provided. No fridge or microwave or even coffee provided unless you pay $25 a night on top of the rate per night. ATM didnt work. Elevator never worked. Elevator door has no light inside so you never know what floor you made it to. Window is completely cracked on level 4 floor. Elevator all scratched up with knives to create graffiti. Pool has never been cleaned despite it being Spring Break. No breakfast provided. Wifi randomly crashes. Dark yellow and dark brown stains on the entire carpet of the room. A/C machine in room is very on/off in terms of working. More than 90% of the TV channels dont work. People smoking in their rooms and the fire alarm didnt go off and it says no smoking on signs but rules arent enforced here. I aay this because the entire 4th floor was filled with smoke. I wish i had nice things to say but i truly can't. Avoid this place at all costs. This is the absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed at.
