「Location is practically a modified house to have more than the probable legal limit of rooms and size. The room is small and definitely what you pay for, AC rules show 74 degrees and the AC was a scorching 80 degrees inside making in worse than a motel 6 or anything comparable. 「We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!」

「I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive.
