「Staff at front desk was mostly friendly. Rooms were clean, modern and property was clean. One or two staff was not as friendly as others. I don't like that many hotels have these glass shower doors that don't always keep water off the floor. Microwave in room would be a plus. Parking can be a minor hassle sometimes especially late at night. Washer and dryer on site would also be good. Those are my suggestions for improvement. 「The property is going through renovations so the elevators were being worked on but still operational. There was a musty smell from the construction work. However, the room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well.」

「空港シャトルは電話してから1時間待っても来ず、再度電話してさらに30分後にやっと到着。合計1時間半も空港で待たされました。その間、他のホテルのシャトルは2回も来ていました。 12時にチェックインできたのは良かったですが、部屋のコーヒーマシンは壊れており、何度もお願いしてやっと2日目の夜に交換。部屋から電話するとガチャ切りされるので、レセプションに直接何度も足を運びました。 さらに、壁が薄く隣室の泣き声で眠れず、浴室のシャワージェルとコンディショナーは空っぽ。ロビーにはハエがたくさん飛んでいて不快でした。 メリディアンのブランドとは思えないサービスで、もうこのホテルは利用しません。」

「The Hospitality was amazing! Especially one of the staff members by the name of Diana. She was helped out with information I was looking for and help with breakfast menu. My family and I will be coming back to this property.」
