"Very clean, offered coffee from 7-11am in the lobby. Staff was good, not very talkative but got the job done lol Pool was open, being used and looked good, we didn’t use it. Only ice machines were by the lobby. That sucked for being 3 floors and quite large. "

"The facility and staff were lovely. We parked for 5 days and were supposed to have a free airport shuttle both ways and both times we had to pay over $20 each way for Uber because they didnt run the shuttle bus :("

"Staff are exceptional especially the gentleman working overnight last night. They had our room ready early and stored our baggage after our cruise yesterday. The person who deserves March 17 into the morning on March 18. My friend found out at 3am her dad had passed away unexpectedly. The gentleman’s working the front desk was overnight was soo accommodating. He made my whole travel party tea and coffee and extended our checkout the next day. I wish I knew his name to mention but in the upset didn’t catch it. Hope his manager sees this review as he deserves recognition for how wonderful he was. "

"Last minute stay due to flight cancelation. Everything was wonderful from Airport shuttle, friendly and helpful desk and restaurant staff, immaculate room with comfy bed. Return shuttle to airport was not yet operating during our very early flight but front desk secured a private shuttle which was excellent. The pool was awesome. Even though a very short stay it was wonderful! This place has it all!"
