"This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. This property also has valet parking for a fee and friendly staff always available to give a helping hand. The condo we had...

"Place was nice an quiet"

"Best part of our stay was the steps to the beach! Very responsive to our issues with toilet not flushing. We walked about one mile everyday to the boardwalk and it was perfect! The place is a little worn inside but comfortable and I heard that a few of the rooms were getting re done very soon. We would definitely stay again! Cleaning lady was so nice and she did a wonderful job. We sort of wish there was some shade on the patio to sit for lunch outside but other than that, great! "

"Great location, walk to the beach/boardwalk and lots of dining, room was comfortable and clean. Beware of parking though. You must buy additional nightly parking from the owner, if not you will pay over $50/ night to park, or You will be Towed. Owner also charges a cleaning fee up front, after you book, prior to check in."
