"Pictures are deceiving. This hotel needs a total renovation. Carpets are dirty, elevators are sketchy. Do not use the stairwells from the garage although you may have to as elevator was not working. Stairwell reeked of urine and littered with trash and there was evidence of squatters. In our room there was a flood. It was obvious from the moldy walls and decayed plaster this had been occurring frequently. We reported to the front desk. No one came to correct or offer us a different room. 2-stars because was easy and Starbucks on premises."

The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The valet service there is by far the best valet we have ever found at ANY hotel anywhere. "
