"Staff weren’t friendly. Elevator broken so long wait. Shuttle late for Airport drop off. For the room price being that high, the room was subpar hair that wasn’t clean from previous customers. Paint chipped in many places, bathroom sink rusty"

"Airport shuttle took a while for pickup but FLL was mobbed with traffic, so understandable. Used Uber to go to return just due to possible TSA delays. Pool was small, unheated and cold, next to the road with a privacy hedge. So did not use it."

"Definitely needs a little TLC! It was a real issue getting our codes for the resort! Finally got them and one was incorrect! email came as we were flying out to get to Fort Lauderdale with another set of codes! I think they area was great and the price was good!"

"The corner room is beautiful! It has two sides of the room have windows. You can see allot of the city at night. The only problem is the street noise even on the higher floor is very noisy when there is yahoos who race or gun their engine through the night. "
