"I recently stayed at Sonesta after my cruise and it was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy. They even have a restaurant on site so we didn’t have to go anywhere and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again next time I’m in FLL."

"tried to contact the hotel through Hotels.com that we wouldn't be arriving until the next morning from a cruise. Never received a response, finally got through on the phone. He said no problem so the morning we arrived had to wait 3/4 hr I suspect for them to clean the room and when finally checking in my reservation sheet had in big black felt pen letters "No Show" so they made no note of it, plus the room safe did not work and advised staff and it was never looked into, it was only $3/day but it was the principal and when asked them they said there would be no credit for that, to treat it like a resort fee. And the patio restaurant is no more which was one of the reasons we booked here."

"The poolside area had plenty of chaise lounge chairs. It was nice to be able to get fresh beach towels each day as I didn't pack towels. The tiki bar was convenient and had a friendly staff. The fact that the beach is just a few steps away from the pool area was great."
