"Room could of been cleaner/updated, but overall good amenities"

"The hotel was just ok. The location and the pool area were nice. The hallways of the hotel were extremely hot and humid - like no AC was on at all. The bathrooms all need to be renovated. The towels were very dingy and gross. We also were only given 2 towels. I requested more towels, and we were never given any more towels. I think overall the hotel was overpriced for what you actually get."

"Amazing rooms..spacious..clean..fully furnished Kitchen fully equipped just bring your food. Staff are professional and helpfull Location just 5 minutes away from the beach. If I have to go again for sure I will choose it again. Although staff were helpful and gave available beach chairs to use an return them back but if each room is equipped with some beach chairs it would be better"

"It was a horrible experience. We booked the hotel because we were getting married on a yacht that docks behind the hotel. The problems started months before. The Staff are rude and don’t care. The General Manager was insulting. Workers for the wedding were not supposed to pay to use the valet but were forced to. And then we were told that professional photographers were not allowed in the rooms to shoot the bride getting ready. This venue has 3 different yachts that book weddings every weekend. They have no concept on how to accommodate weddings. If it weren’t for the yacht docking there, I’d never had stayed. As it was I told my wedding party to book elsewhere and all out of towner special meals were planned elsewhere. The hotel definitely didn’t deserve the extra 20k in revenue. Bad management, unfriendly staff, dated building and decor. No hot water in Bride’s room. Roaches. Mold as well in one room. Don’t book here. "

"The property had ample parking. The pool was clean the area. It was maintain clean. However, the rooms didn’t quite seem like the picture we had a couple of issues with the Wi-Fi was not working and it’ll work and then it wouldn’t be working overall it’s a great area. You’re two blocks away from the beach. "
