「Our stay was AMAZING thanks to this hotel. The ocean front room was perfect, I would have been fine staying there all day because it felt like we were on the beach. The only negative is that there was a cockroach next to our coffee machine but all else was great 」

「We enjoyed the friendly staff and upscale vibe of the entire property. The room and view were outstanding. What was not great was debris on the floors at the adult pool area and the overall noise in the room god forbid you should open the sliders. The spa services were excellent and definitely detail oriented. Hi lights were the nespresso machine and the lux bedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「Property was convenient and staff pleasant. The unit itself was not the cleanest and had many broken items. The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children.」

「We had urine in one of the beds and the room was dirty and hardware rusting. It was a terrible experience. We had to leave 2 days early and begged for a refund but were denied. A long standing EXPEDIA customer who was very unhappy.」
