ブリッケルの三つ星ホテル

「Hôtel bien situé avec transport à proximité. Personnel très agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Literie très confortable. Hôtel très propre. Petit déjeuner varié salé/sucré. Piscine extérieure couverte très bien. Service parking parfait. Je recommande pour un séjour à Miami parfait.」

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「Hay que tener cuidado con el valet cuando llegas porque apenas te dan tiempo para hacer el checking. El edificio horroroso, con un mantenimiento nefasto donde los ascensores apenas funcionan.」

「The property is very beautiful, but our stay had some disappointing issues. When we booked, the listing stated that all taxes and fees were included and advertised access to the pool. However, at check-in, we were told there was an extra charge per night to use these facilities. This charge was only disclosed in a letter sent after we had already made the reservation. On our first night, the pool was already closed when we arrived, yet the nightly charge still applied. We also found a cockroach...

「Property location very close to all the great places in the neighborhood. Such as Brickell Center, Great restaurants with roof-top bars. Hotel staff is very helpful.」
