"Ocean view with terrace was beautiful and room was spacious with all necessities. There was an instance of beach towels not being readily available midday with no follow up, and a miscommunication at the spa delayed vacation time. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. "

"Friendly staff. Property is dated but clean and upgrades are in progress. We loved the location. Basically across the street from the beach with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The mall is just a 10-15 minute walk with a grocery store right across the street as well. I'm glad we didn't rent a car because we didn't need it. We just took a Lyft to and from the airport. "

"Ocean not visible from a “suite with king bed ocean view” payed extra for ocean view and was looking at a parking lot. Concierge said that all rooms with a king bed are on the sides of the hotel with no view of the ocean. Only double queens have view of ocean. Seemed incredibly misleading to me and upset I paid extra for ocean view"

"Excellent staff. Welcoming and helpful. Pool was fun, excellent staff over by pool and beach area. Room was just ok but beds are amazing. Bathroom dated a bit and needs better lighting. Housekeeping was unimpressive. No soap in the room upon checkin, tried to call but desk phone dead…had to request soap and shower gel (bottle was empty)…- and last day we were there they forgot to clean room. We left from 11-4 at beach, came back and room left as we found it. Didn’t want to be inconvenienced to have it cleaned at that time as we needed showers and had dinner plans so didn’t call it in. Overall the location is great and staff was wonderful. Really enjoyed pool and beach. "
