"Great place to stay to see the Air Show. It was walking distance to the beach where it took place. The room was amazing with every room spacious, The balcony overlooking the river was lovely to sit and watch the world go by, Housekeeping was a little hit and miss but once we got on the list it worked out okay. The rooms were spotless,"

"I had the worse experience at that hotel. First they put me in a dark room all the way in the back. The refrigerator was in the bathroom and so old. I complained so they put me in another room. Much brighter and bigger but the furniture was terrible. The kitchen table all the paint was pealing the bottom of the table was black it looked like it was bought used. Then coming back that night I realized that the sheets were stained. It’s just terrible I complained so they changed the sheets. The floors were old and walls not clean. Even going up the stairs to my room there was a bunch of dirt hair I dunno It was there till I left. I guess they are not even cleaning the property properly. I usually never write such a bad review but this time I really thought I had to. It really ruined my vacation in Lauderdale. Obviously I will not stay there again."

"An amazing hotel ruined by poor management. You will be expected to wait after check in for a room you’ve already pre booked for hours. Don’t expect to make your reservations due to the hotels tardiness. We were told after waiting for hours in the lobby with our luggage that a food and drink voucher of $300 would be applied. The operations manager (Heather) was immature and rude to us after sitting in the lobby for hours telling us to go to our room and calm down. We stayed here a couple years ago under a different name, this hotel has gone down hill unfortunately and we will not be back. Remember that voucher? They never applied it and charged me for all the food and drinks, I had to call back and explain everything again even though they told me everything looks fine with payment. Don’t come here, we will not be back again. You will pay for luxury hotel and won’t get that experience. Hot tubs didn’t work one time in our week stay."

"Essentially comfortable. Very basic. Good value, I go to the beach to be on the beach and the location is good. "
