"-Was not able to check into our room until almost 6:30pm due to room not being available. -We traveled as a group of 3 families with 5 rooms booked. We requested well in advance to be close and were not accommodated. We had to switch configuration around to make it work. -Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis which means supplies were not restocked. We traveled as a group of 3 families with 5 rooms were ran out of toilet in more than 1 room and had to ask for clean towels, rags, coffee, etc. -Paid a resort fee for amenities that were not available. Bikes were all in the shop. Hoodie boards were limited. We had 5 kids and were able to get 2 boards. To pay a resort fee for a family of 4 and be told we only get 2 chairs free and have to pay daily to rent 2 more in my opinion is crazy. We should get one chair per person in room that we’re paying for. Umbrella’s also had to be rented daily- maybe a weekly fee would be better than a daily fee since we’re already paying for “amenities! -By our 4th day it looked like the pool bar hadn’t been cleaned all week. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in trying to fix all the issues that we were having. "

"Cjech in was easy! Staff was friendly. There is no little store or anything within walking distance. People were up parting yelling loud music until 4am! People partying in the lobby 1am. Pool was pretty amd breakfast was VERY good!"

"This hotel is vey nice and the staff is friendly and checks in frequently BUT for the amount of money we paid I’m remiss to book again because the property is under renovations and there is no apologies for this inconvenience of aesthetics. Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511. Beach front view and terrace to die for honestly. So we will see but aside from the look of some areas being undone everyone was amazing. Room was comfortable …"

"a quaint little building with character. the room was smaller but very cute and had everything my sons and i needed. the pool was closed but we had plenty of other stuff planned to do, so no big deal. the staff i communicated with were EXCELLENT! they responded quickly and did anything/everything they could to ensure an enjoyable stay. and our stay was very enjoyable. the room is walking distance the holiday park, which has lots to do and walking distance to publix and other places to eat. we would stay there again :)"
