The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. "The room does NOT look like what is pictured. There was carpet that was dirty and had crumbs all over it. Cob webs in the corner along with an inch of dust on the door frames all very visible. We had no hot water upon arrival staff kept sending me to talk to Expedia when the entire time it was their issue. Refused a refund and I wasn’t even there an hour. "
