"Roaches , changed rooms twice and still roaches . Did not want to try breakfast or ice machine . Room semi clean "

"We stayed at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek for over a week and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The location is very convenient, close to the highway and nearby places like Starbucks, a gas station, and Chipotle. The suite was spacious and well designed, with a separate living room and bedroom (two double beds), plus a large bathroom. Parking was a nice surprise — usually $5/day, but free during our stay due to missing parking passes. The lot is large with plenty of available spaces. The inner courtyard with a fountain and waterfall is also a great touch, especially for kids. You can hear the water from the room, which felt calming. However, service was inconsistent. Staff were friendly but not very welcoming — often engaged in personal conversations, leaving guests waiting without acknowledgment. Basic greetings were frequently missing, which gave the impression of low motivation. Additionally, one elevator was broken, and the alternative in another wing was also out of order. During our week-long stay, no repairs seemed to take place. Also, the pool didn’t look clean enough to want to swim in. Overall, good space and location and would recommend, but service and maintenance need improvement."

"The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not cleaned properly before my arrival and housekeeping did not make the bed only picked up towels and took out trash. The room needed a good cleaning and it would have been nice. The best part was the location…only one block to the beach and they gave beach chairs for use during the stay."

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"Room floor was sticky. Theres no restaurant/bar on the rooftop pool area. It has been shut down. Valet parking was great. The staff was very friendly. "
