「The condition of the hotel was not up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. It was worse than staying at a motel ^. We brought these issues to the attention of the manager on site, and it appears our concerns were not communicated to upper management. I have no desire to ever stay at a Hilton property.」

「We booked our stay at this hotel based on the reviews. Our first impression of the hotel was a bit strange. Our interaction with the front desk was very cold. My wife and I felt as we were a bother to the front desk staff as well as the coworkers in the front entrance. No greeting, Not even a hello. The room was ok. Dated! The air conditioning unit was so loud, it would wake me up at night when it went on. Mind you it was just replaced according to the Manager. If you stay at this hotel...
