「The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. 「Stayed here to be close to the Miami Open in Hard Rock stadium. Very useful & room super spacious. Comfortable on the whole. Free coffee in the lobby & a decent breakfast spread. Lots of fast food options close by & the pool looked cool.」

「Only complaint is the elevators. The wait time for an elevator was way too long. We were on the 20th floor and at one point we went down 20 flights of stairs faster than the elevator got to the lobby. Staff was helpful. Good drinks. Easy access to the beach.」
