「The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. 「Needed to change rooms upon arrival. Mold and crumbling paint on ceiling. The next room was better. Dirty furniture Rooms are cleaned only upon request. Depressing.」

「The room does NOT look like what is pictured. There was carpet that was dirty and had crumbs all over it. Cob webs in the corner along with an inch of dust on the door frames all very visible. We had no hot water upon arrival staff kept sending me to talk to Expedia when the entire time it was their issue. Refused a refund and I wasn’t even there an hour. 」

「I absolutely love the Croydon! I’ve stayed here before and it’s so convenient. Great restaurant onsite, feel of a boutique-style hotel, the room is standard (at least the one I stayed in) but it’s perfect and clean. Street parking available, I parked right in front of the main entrance and left my car there the entire stay. My only complaint is the gym. Not much of one, really. It’s outdoors with an awning, some rusted weights, bikes and a bench. Definitely expected more because the hotel is so...

「Sibling group of 4 Totally enjoyed our stay here ! They have thought of everything at this resort. From Lemon water on the beach to great hours for every food place there. Ethan was So impressive & took care of us the whole time. He always went above the normal to make sure we were happy. Rooms were partial view but honestly still Amazing views from those. We typically stay on the gulf but wanted a quick trip so we ended up here for a few days. It was Awesome !! Highly recommend 👍」
