「The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. 「My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. 「My feelings are mixed about this resort. We had terrible weather while we were there, so maybe this has affected my review. The restaurants are not super close to walk to. Pompano pier is not a bad walk ( if it’s not raining), but not super close. Lauderdale-by- the -sea is 2.5 miles walking. There is a strip mall across the street with a deli and a pizza/ dive bar (did not try). So close options for food are limited. The room was clean but dated. The sofa bed that my son slept on was terrible,...

「Great location, lovely hotel, it just needs a deep carpet cleaning, the hallways smell like it’s 1960’s after a tropical storm. Other than that everything was nice!」
