「The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. 「I want to appreciate Lucia at the reception. I checked in late at night . She was responsive and it was easy . I felt safe as a solo women traveller. Best value for the price . Very grateful 🙏😊」

「The rooms smelled like mold and the staff gave me a hard time when I told them the room had issues. We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I will never use Expedia again because the hotel had a high rating. 」

「I love the location of the resort. Small pool. But great if you’re not alway in your room. I only say that because the double room was a little small but airy with a deck. And the staff was not that friendly only the woman that checked us in she was a very nice and outgoing front desk staff. 」

「This place needs to shut down immediately it’s all ran down buckets under ac units bed sheet etc old as hell beds hard as heck the rooms have no business be rented out they need to remodel that place it’s discusting room has rust all over it I wouldn’t advise no one to waste their money on that place I wish I can include pics you would see that they should be ashame to rent to good people like that just discusting. Don’t stay there. 」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty panoramic pictures. The rooms are way smaller than they appear. The baseboards are filthy, the bedframe is raggedy and needs replacing. This is equivalent to a $125 a night room at best. Lots of homeless community. Neighboring shops including Walgreens are all extremely outdated and absolutely filthy as well. Quick walk to downtown Hollywood but wouldn’t recommend this place or city if you plan to go to Miami. I would not book here again. 」
