"Was nice. Stayed one night. Breakfast was ok"

"I checked in to a dirty room. The sheets had someone else’s hair all over them. There was no flat sheet at all. There were blood stains from bed bugs and a bug on top of the bed upon arrival. The carpet was dirty with hair balls all over. There were also food crumbs. The bed frame was broken and there was left over pony tails from someone else. The toilet had a wad of something in it. The owner or the rental as well as the management did nothing to help: I was told I could get fresh bedding and change it myself as there were no housekeeping staff available. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to wait for management the next day. I refused to stay and next day I was told they are following their cancellation policy and refused to refund my 3 night/ 4day stay."

"Very clean house. Perfect amount of room for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids The pool was a great benefit for all. The extra outdoor bathroom was handy. The house was very clean. It was very nice to have a garage to put the car in. The neighborhood was tidy and quiet."
