"The home had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out, located very close to stores and pools. Kitchen was well stocked . We had a very pleasant stay. Owner very responsive for all your needs if any. "

"There were so many issues with this booking. I called, texted, and emailed the host and never got a response. Had to go through customer support to get check in information, even customer support couldnt reach the host the 2 times they called. As soon as you walk into the studio, its immediately not what is shown in the pitures. Pictures need to be updated so people know what theyre booking. Upon entering, immediately noticed there's no stove to cook on which was never mentioned on listing. Pictures indicated a stove possibly on the other side of the fridge. Found a really old hot plate to cook on. I reserved the room for 6 people and never once did the host inform me that the room wasnt suited to my needs. There was no dish soap. Only one trash bag for an 8 day stay, several drawers were broken. Fridge was missing a shelf. There was just to many things wrong to be acceptable let alone happy with spending my money."

"The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. "

"My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful. Everything else fell short. There is no self-parking, only valet at $30/night plus an additional $30/night resort fee that felt unjustified. The listing photos showed a living room and a bedroom with two full or queen beds, but we were only given the bedroom and bathroom—no living room at all. Although the room looked clean at first glance, the mattress cover had long black hair on it, dust under the bed, and the AC/cleaning-supply closet was full of dust. The kitchenette area had a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, but only one mug and a few utensils—no plates. The mini fridge worked fine. The bathroom doors showed noticeable water damage. We also smelled marijuana both on the balcony and in the outdoor lobby area. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning."
