"The room is decent could use a total remodel but at this stage its fine the maid is wonderful the room is decent size the beds a comfortable spaced 11am check out is alright 3 pm checkin is not alright it should be 1 pm lateset beds are comfortable the room is fairly clean but price needs to come down to hostels prices they are charging shared toom prices not hodtel and should not advertize as hostel"

"The host was terrible!! The place was disgusting and unsanitary. I payed for two nights and couldn’t stay there the second night. I took pictures of how dirty the place was. There were blood stains on the floor and the bedspread has a 12x12 stain of oil or blood not sure. The towels in the bathroom were stained, stiff, and dirty. The trascan in the kitchen was as dirty as a dumpster. I have pictures to prove how gross this host is. He also has poor communication skills."

"Misleading Property and Terrible Anniversary Experience Review: The property information is completely misleading. This is not a hotel as advertised, but a private condo rental. Expedia showed a price of $480, but I ended up paying almost $1,000 after the owner gave a different rate and required an additional security deposit. The reservation is not confirmed until you pay the owner directly, who only contacts you via WhatsApp from an Argentina phone number, not even from the U.S. On top of that, there are hidden fees: • $30 per person to use the pool and building amenities, with a wristband you must return at checkout. • Extra parking fee, not clearly disclosed in the listing. I spoke with Expedia twice and they offered no solution. What should have been a special anniversary celebration turned into an ordeal. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this property and believe Expedia should investigate such misleading listings to protect customers."

"We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space for everyone in our group of 7, we were also happy with having 3 bathrooms. Overall we had a great time, my kids insist we need to go back soon! I do recommend using Jerry's place, its beautiful!"
